We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Infant Teacher to join our infant program. This full-time position requires a compassionate individual who is passionate about early childhood development and committed to providing a safe and engaging learning environment for our youngest students.

Your responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of each infant in your care, collaborating with fellow teachers to create individualized learning and care plans.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all infants at all times.
Feed infants according to their specific needs and dietary guidelines.
Change diapers and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
Support infants in reaching developmental milestones, including guiding activities such as tummy time.
Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.

Your qualifications:

Proven experience in infant care, with a strong understanding of infant development and milestones.
Knowledge of food safety practices, including proper feeding techniques and storage of milk, formula, and solid foods.
Certification in Infant and Toddler Education (0-3) from a recognized Montessori organization is highly desirable.
Prior experience working in a Montessori infant room is a strong advantage.
